Local Direct Endorsed FHA Lender that is Licensed in 8 states and in business for over 30 years (Principal on site) with strong warehousing and investor relationships is looking for inside as well as outside Loan Officers, excellent back office support, excellent commission structure, benefits & 401K options available. We have tried and tested lead platform in place that has proven to be very successful. We are not looking to hire a hundred loan originators, we are looking for 10 to 15 professional loan originators with the drive and organizational skills to succeed in a professional environment.
All file files processed and underwritten in house with common sense and understanding

Strong Lead Platform in place
Excellent support for outside Loan Officers
Work with a life long professional that will help you structure and pre-underwrite your deals, so you don’t waste time and energy on weak deals and concentrate on selling, closing and earning!
Strong phone, inter-personnel, organizational skills are required.
Experience with origination software would be helpful but not a requirement.
